Patent

A patent is an exclusive right granted to an invention and is generally a product or process that provides a new way or a new technical solution to do something to a problem. To obtain a patent, technical information about the invention must be made publicly available in the patent application.

The preparation of patent documents requires special technical and legal knowledge. These documents have their own technical details.  

If there are already existing inventions that are significantly similar in their elements to the relevant invention, it is necessary and important to properly identify them.
